orthodontic treatment

anyone here ever had orthodontics treatment?  what was your experience,  and what could have made your experience better?

Never had it myself but I have a few friends that have. You'll have a really hard time chewing hard stuff the days after you get it and every time you tighten them. So try to find "soft" food to eat, not gonna be a lot of chewing or anything that you gotta bite hard on. Guess that's about it.

yo ima orthodontist and just thinking about what might make the treatment experience better in terms of communication between Patient and practice.

oh only talk with them 12 y/o about their sexlife, its all cool.
