Jason came onto the HoC teamspeak and was briefly hanging out, most of the time he was in-game he was actively delaying every round to be the last alive, more interested in talking in ALL chat than playing. While in our Teamspeak server I made a comment about shooting Jason if he did that again to which he replied. "I have to go do something so you might as well kill me." So at Jason's request I did just that, little did I know that he was setting me up. You may also notice that a player says "Ban Jason for leeching" in his own screenshot.

Can confirm, i chill in the HoC teamspeak from time to time and Jason baited cosby into Tking him.

Sorry, but "he was mean to me in teamspeak" is not a valid to tk someone. Actually there is no valid reason whatsoever to intentionally tk someone. Now if you can come forward with any kind of proof of his delaying, please post it.

Actually forget the first part, misread the post about him hanging out on ts sorry. Still, if you have any proof of his delaying post it up.

I'm pretty sure he was banned for 3 hours because of it, but also it doesn't matter why you TK'd its still against the rules. Maybe dont break them and you wont get banned.

Yep, would appear he was already banned. I will go on the record that Jason probably has more bans than anyone I have seen in a while. 26 total, 7 within the year. You are on a fast track to nowhere if you do not shape up.
