How would I say "Join Now" in spanish?

This is for an ad that'll be in Puerto Rico.

"¡Únete ya/ahora!" (if it means "joining a clan" or similar) / "¡Apúntate ya/ahora!" (if it means "joining a tournament" or something like that).

Thank you sir, ending up going with something slightly different but I should start paying cRPG gold for translations on here.

Patoson:
It's alright. I may be mistaken, but Google Translate has improved a lot and, at least for simple sentences, it usually gives a good translation. Otherwise, I use WordReference.
