I think I read somewhere that you now have to meet the requirements, for bows at least. (If you want to spawn with longbow you need 6 or more power draw.)

Right?

And what about other stuff? Can you still use horses without riding skill, or weapons you are actually too weak for, shields without shield skill and so on?
