Ban Tornkik

BAN REQUEST FORM:
1. 12_Yrs_as_a_Slave
2. Tornkik
3. 18 March between 535-545PM EST/NA1
4. I asked Tornkik if he has a problem with Archers and he said he did. I fired a warning shot and then he proceeded to team wound me 3/4 times and then team kill me.
5. I fired a warning shot and asked if archers raped his/her puppy

7. Coopie, KhyMe, Knight_WOLF_of_Acre and whoever else was in the server

Next time when your trying to troll someone *cough* i mean get someone banned, don't say what you did.  The admins are too lazy or don't give a fuck *cough* i mean busy to confirm anything you're saying.  Just make the screen shots look good and you'll get what you want. 

P.S. This does not pertain to E.U. admins, as those guys, at least the ones I've dealt with or observed, are far more concerned with being just than anything else.  Very respectable!

Now, not that any sort of logical analysis or president is required to make a ruling in NA, but Grandpappy, one of the most respected admins of all of C-rpg NA history, ruled that you do not get banned when you are baited.  In fact he typed up a rather impressive rational on the subject if it still exists and any one cares to go find it.

That was baiting what I did? I don't really see it that way, but really I just shot a arrow in the air. I'm wasn't trying to bait anyone or lie about what I did so I just told the whole story.

Jason, why are you going off in this thread? Anyways, quit derailing this thread, even if I do find you funny. Also I'm the piece of shit? You sound pretty high and mighty on that pedestal. I could say the same about you and your character.

You clearly by your own admission picked a fight with Torn who otherwise just plays the game and doesn't bother anyone.

Likewise Jason, nothing personal as well, just based off actions I seen in game and in clans. You guys really see my actions as provoking? I didn't teamwound and talking trash is a part of the game isn't it? 

Either way, archer hate crimes is no laughing matter
