How do i switch my character faces to an other computer ?

Hello, soon i will have an other computer, and i would like to know where is the folder with the face of my characters ? I m quite proud of some faces i created, i dont want to lose it when i change my computer.

No idea where the folder is, but you can always write down the position of each slider.

Won't be 100% accurate but you can do the fine adjustments yourself until you find the face of your liking.
