Ahh... Les Twins. They have quite a unique way of dancing, and they are definately good at it, no doubt about that.

I do watch a few of these sort of videos, and there is a 1 crew which i always enjoy watching, Quest Crew.
This performance is pretty good, and quite a special one for the crew aswell:

If you mean the guy doing all of those crazy flips, then that is Steve Terada and he is incredible indeed.

There is so many other skilled dancers out there though. I find so many whenI have those weird ass youtube trips, where you always end up somewhere you really did not plan to.
I found this one during one of those trips and it's quite a funny piece, but the dancing is definately also beast:
