I saw the one day on Amazon and other sites where you get the box, but on Gamestop it specifically said 3 day headstart and all the benefits from ordering from Guild Wars.

Apparently, I should just be able to update the game and play and it'll be using the same key as the beta key.

Your Beta key was the same key as what you'll be given with the box when you pick it up? That makes no fucking sense. Someone could pre-order, get the key, register it and create an account than cancel it and they would get a free game.
