Ladders jamming doors

Recently when playing in siege server the defender team used ladder to, amongst other things, jam the doors to the flag. Here's an example:

As you might guess, not being able to attack due to such glitch was quite frustrating.

You can break the ladder, last I checked.

Naa, sometimes the door bugs with such constuctions. It looks like destroyed but you can not go through.

One time, there was this ladder, and it was in my way, and I couldn't go through because the ladder was in the way, because someone put it there, and I was stuck, but then I remembered something, and then I broked the ladder.  Then I was able to go there.
