NA (Official) / Partial Unban Request for QUIQ_Ricky_Sauce

On Wednesday night 3/26, I teamkilled a guy at the start of the round out of getting annoyed at his repetitious attention-whoring comments. So I did the server a service for that round and killed him.

For that, I do deserve the standard TK ban, however, I feel like the "extra" time WITCHCRAFT gave me because I attempted to "evade" the ban, should be removed. I was fully expecting to get banned but I was in no way trying to "evade" it. There was an admin ON the server when I did it, and I just left because I was already planning on doing so.

I don't think I ever did anything on battle (I rarely even go on there) to warrant a ban?

NA (Official) / TittsMcGee killing me and clan mates in Defend the Virgin

Like title says, player named TittsMcGee killing me and clan mates (Chancellor Smacked of KoSD, GMaster Spartacus of KOSD, King Taxtros of KOSD)

After first killing us he said "Nobody messes with "handsword"." probably his main.

Earlier in the game Taxtros accidentally hit him, Titts (on his main) thought it was purposeful and went after Taxtros forcing Taxtros to kill him ("handsword").

Titts came in a few minutes later and started the aforementioned actions.

Closed Requests / Banned in Duel server for weapon switching.

Full name is Malta_Smacked and banned at about 8:30 PM, 11/7/12

Joined duel server and (I had no idea this was bannable) pulled out my throwing axes when I had started the duel with my Two-handed sword.

Simply just didn't know the rules and honestly I've done that plenty of other times and no one else has ever complained about it in the slightest.

I feel a ban is unreasonable for the first time anyone has said anything.

Sorry to the guy if you read this.
