cRPG Technical problems / connection to server lost (over and over)

it usually happens before the start of a round, has happened multiple times when I have a x5 was happening 4-5 times a day yesterday but currently I can hardly play a round without it doing that... is it because theres an admin that doesn't like me on the opposite team and keeps booting me or something?

In cloth armor with a scimitar, a dagger and a shield I weigh about 6-7 pounds. My Athletics is 7. Regardless if they have 8 or even 9. How is it that a guy wearing full plate, carrying an enormous poleaxe that happens to be a magically light 2.8 pound weapon.. can outrun me? WTH is going on. Please consider this carefully.
After some testing I figure it's the shield speed penalty that might be a little too draconian, specially when I'm using the lightest shield possible..

I had 500 troops, but it seemed I had a cap (somehow) because I couldn't find the option to recruit more...
And then I started losing troops... even though my silver is more than enough,

Suggestions Corner / Scimitar is a crap weapon and it offers no advantage whatsoever

over the Elite Scimitar.
In fact the scimitar's curve makes it unrealistically glance like nobodys business and the speed of it isn't any better than the Elite Scimitar, 1 point? for less damage, less range and terrible handling?
I know you'll say well the Elite Scimitar is more expensive, OK but this isn't a game about what is more 'elite' or expensive or OP than something else it should be about trade-offs like a real RPG, do you want speed vs power? etc. At the moment I don't see the scimitar as a viable weapon other than for RP's sake, which explains why everyone just uses the elite one... so give the scimitar some viability as a weapon please.

Suggestions Corner / Horsebump More Damage to Light Armor, Why?

I don't get why chain or plate would protect you more against the brute blunt force of a charging animal, if anything it should be less, because it offers you less mobility to recover or receive the hit. I feel light armor should allow the player to take less fall damage and less horse bump damage because it would be easier to push yourself off the animal and you would have more agility to maneuver than the current situation. Think about it, would you rather be in a suit of armor in front of a charging horse???
or light enough to maneuver out of the way or absorb the blow with nimbleness since you would be aware that you're about to be struck and offer more ability to break your own fall.
I think it would add more balance to the game.
Again I'm not asking to gimp heavy armor in any way regarding this, even though it would be fair to switch places e.g take the penalty currently given to someone wearing light armor when charged by a horse and give it to heavy armors and vice versa. What I'm asking for is to either even them out or think about it more thoroughly for realism's sake, because the advantages to wearing light armor are there but they are not fully realized.
