So this guy is spinning around in circles on a map with one peasant stuck for the last 5 minutes.  He attacked the viscount at one point so he's there, just trolling the NA DTV server.  Guess I stay til someone else comes in and we can kick him :p

Strategus General Discussion / Village mercs

So I've signed up as a village merc for a few battles where they were pretty outnumbered, but was never accepted.  I signed up for the attackers as well, and these villages were taken for nothing because there was nobody on the opposing side.  Our WoM battle was pretty good, but why is it that all these other people are taking villages with practically no cost because the defenders can't or won't sign mercs?  Also, I'm lvl 30, and applied several hours in advance to applying for the other side.

So I sold my trade goods and checked the box when I did, and apparently that puts my items up for sale so I won't get money.  Sorry, kinda new to strategus.  Is there any way I can get the items or money back for that?

I'd include screenshots of him constantly killing people in the dtv server, getting kicked, and then immediately coming back to do it again, but my computer apparently doesn't like taking them in mount and blade.  Almighty_Zeus and WarM4rching were there as well though, so they can verify.

So recently I was banned for being afk while my gf was vomiting because of food poisoning - it's cool, all good.  Probably should have announced that before helping her.  But what's better is that afterward I could still get onto the server in my name, but only as a lvl 1 without any weapons/armor.  It was pretty fun blocking with the practice sword I picked up every round -props to htc-slammy(?) for the extra weapon   But really, if you're going to ban people for day(s) at a time for being accidentally afk, you should at least make it so people can't log on with chars that hurt the entire team (as you thought they did before you banned them for being afk).

So I'm apparently banned from every NA server for some reason - maybe I was away from my computer after I got killed first round of a defend the virgin round.  So I don't get back to my computer in time for the next round - just kick me.  But if you're going to act like fascists and ban everyone for not paying attention to their computer for a few minutes when the rounds can last up to 5-10 minutes, then you guys seriously need to chill out.  This game looked cool, but if admins consistently act like this then it really isn't worth being around such people.
