Beginner's Help and Guides / Polearms

Since I couldn't find any PURE polearm guides, I decided to ask for one myself.
So I'm second gen and now I decided to go polearm. But since I'm still pretty new to this game and don't know every funny trick there is I tried to ask from you guys, who got some experience about this.

Pure polearm, no extra points to anything else than shield.
I wanted to try 15/24, but there seems to be lack of loomed long war axes, so maybe I go for higher dmg output(don't know yet, so give both opinions).
I'm not so sure about armor either, but higher ath would be nice(again not sure, so give your opinion)

And lastly, I don't want to be selfish, so lets make this overall a thread for new polearmers, who need guidance.

cRPG Technical problems / Problem at playing

Got some problems at getting into the game. My game loads, it even lets me see the game for few secs(spectators and that choose your team), but after that it the game crashes and sends me straight to the desktop.
I don't have any idea where this could come from. I installed bannerpack 4.2 before yesterday and played yesterday just fine, but now it just keeps crashing.
Any ideas, help?

A few min ago I got banned from EU_Crpg 3 server.
I don't know, who the banner was, but atleast 22nd_paul was there.
It was a strategus battle, where druzhina attacked a village. When defenders hit 0 ticket me and 5 others started to run to the corners of the map. I haven't read from anywhere that this is forbidden. It is a fight in the end, why can't we make it little longer?
I find my ban very oppressive since I didn't break any rules. I have seen many other players doing this(running away from attackers to hide etc.) Why did I deserve a ban?

If it was you 22nd_paul, you shouldn't abuse your powers, not the first time that you banned/kicked a person, when he didn't even broke rules.

Little add:

I was naked, yes, but we had run out of armors. No leeching or anything. I had a weapon and I was read to fight players, who were approaching me, but got banned before I could do it.

My problem is that I have joined a clan. I tried to ask about this from game, but help was it was...
So my problem is that since I joined a clan I can't play with my old account, but instead get the new peasant one...

How I can play with my old account but still change it's name or do I just have to start everything from beginning?

Help would be appreaciated
