Guys I thought I was setting my STF's build but instead I mistakenly used free respec on main and he is level 34 is it possible to make him respec again?

2 days ago I checked crpg but it seems I am still banned even tho I have no idea who banned me and what reason I just tried to join a server that day and I was banned and it is a global ban so yeah... reason?

4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. Those fox asses suddenly started to tk people and me, they are wanting some holiday I guess

4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. Before- I was running inside the castle as attacker then when I stopped that guy Leesha came from my back and aimed his bow at my head then shot and right after that he said ''Burn in hell''

I recently left my clan so did my some friends and he is just mad about it so he thinks he can just do backsit admin and order me to change tag instantly

Hey, I have gaming mouse for a while but never really used it's binding options and I want to bind " (Looking around without facing there) to one of my mouse buttons, I found a binding option named macro? but when I put " there it just wont work

Beginner's Help and Guides / Thrower build?

Hi guys, it is me again 
So I am going to create an alt account to become a thrower like I was before I gave a long break but the problem is that I rarely remember my old build (I did respec before giving a break)
I was in fin's clan (Tossers the trollers) so yeah can you guys help me to retrieve my old lost thrower build or suggest new?
What I wanna be able to do with build is:
1- Hit people with high damage (Str whoring)
2- Be able to run away from gangbangs
3- Can also fight in melee mode this why I need wpf seperation suggestions too(I had 0 wpf in past thrower build)
My equipment was 1 throwing lance, rest jarid or sometimes heavy throwing axes
Please help me thrower heros out there.
So I also need help to choose to wheter use jarids or heavy throwing axes because I wanna seperate wpf into 1h or pole too
