Love threads like this, especially with the diverse community CRPG has.

Country: United States

Average to-go food: Chinese takeout, pizza (both are big enough for leftovers the next day). Only ever get fast food like McDonald's when I am running errands after a full shift at work and won't actually be home til 8pm or later.

Average family meal: meat, veg, grain. What those three are exactly varies a lot. We eat mostly chicken breasts/thighs (economical and easy to prepare if bought boneless), ground turkey, ground beef, whole pork shoulder or tenderloin. Carrots, sweet potatoes, peas, kale/spinach/collard greens. Rice, pasta, couscous, quinoa. Two or three nights a week we do something meatless, like spaghetti w/ mushrooms, stir fry with eggs or tofu, black bean burgers, etc.

Average eating out meal: We like to order things we wouldn't make at home (lots of prep work, ingredients that go bad fast or are expensive). Mrs. Witchcraft likes Italian, but my favorite is savory/spicy/sweet stuff that is common in Thai/Malay cuisine. We also both like Caribbean stuff. Oxtail soup, fried plantains, the most baller rice and beans you ever did eat. Or Chinese buffet. Ugh goddamn I want 3 heaping plates of fried shit covered in gooey sauce, wings, shitty sushi, kimchi, and korean BBQ on a stick. I want it right now. I want to feel shame after I eat. Also a fortune cookie.

Average bag lunch for work: I often just drink 4-6 cups of coffee (or more if it's a bad day) black. I spend my lunch break sipping coffee and reading a book. If there's leftovers I might bring them but eating food early in the day bothers my stomach no matter what it is I am eating. I get out of work at 4pm and usually have peanut butter on toast or some eggs or something when I get home.

...and you wonder why your stomach is always upset.  :P

Jokes aside, I am the exact same way. Can't stomach anything in the morning, I have to be awake at least 2 hours before I can really ever force myself to eat something. Oddly enough, this issue seems to be directly related to how much sleep I got the night before. If I get a good amount, like 10+ hours on weekends, I can eat almost right out of bed. On weekdays however, where I average 6-7 hours at best, I can't eat for 2 hours or so. On days where I get only 4 or less hours of sleep, I can't eat at all until maybe 4 hours later, and my stomach is in a knot all day long regardless of what I do. You notice anything similar?

Yeah, I get the same thing. I've never been a morning person, and on days where I get little sleep I can't stomach anything for breakfast. If I sleep in on a weekend I can gulp down an egg and cheese sandwhich with a bowl of cereal and be relatively fine.

I'm interested in what kind of pizza's do you guys have there (since its the most common junk listed here) ? What ingredients do usually go on your pizza's ? We have lots of different pizza's, I prefer Quatro Formaggio & Salami.

Confused, are you describing UK or Spain? Sounds like UK cos where's the Paella?!
Neither, I am describing my personal experience as a Spaniard living in the UK.
Spanish style of stews (may not be the right word, basically bunch of stuff boiled in a big pan for a long time) when at home, British food when out.

You can't do this for a whole country unless you default to stereotypes , depending on your age and situation it varies greatly, or from one region to another within a country (haggis vs Cornish pasty for example)...

For pizza, my personal favourites are Hawaii and margherita
