Huh.

You can notice it quick, I was like "Hey that's a picture in a picture!", in a few seconds. Don't see why you have to be very intelligent to see that

same i love the fact that it just goes on and on and on no matter how small the pictures get, it has infinite dimensions.

I actually thought the question in the topic meant:
"Are you intelligent enough to understand how this guy made this pic with his montage/photoshop skills?"
instead of
"Are you intelligent enough to see it's the same guy everywhere and he somehow made this pic recursive".

So I was expecting to see the answer for the first type of question in spoiler...

All it would take is 2 small tablets with digital camera feeds, each going to the tablet being held by the guy who is not facing the camera.
