However,

You are not part of the large mega-alliance supposedly arming up to attack us as of july 1st - ergo this thread.  Referring to the turtlers who didn't attack all strat, building up over 120K troops over months and months of turtling supposedly going to attack,  meanwhile we grow bored and strat has very very few real battles.  HOC war might be fun but it sounds like they are quitting and they were one of the few factions left that made strat fun by actually having the balls to attack (takes balls with how heavily favored defenders are this strategus).

I agree with all those who oppose these continued wars.  What we need here is a sort of UN, and we'll replace armies with committees and strat battles with sessions.  We'll build a new class called the international lawyer, with 8 skill points in debate and 6 in diplomacy he'll be considered OP, but we'll counter that the crack pot dictator build, with a 9 in rhetoric, 5 in stubbornness and 0 in compromise.

New weapons will include masterwork trade embargos, Lordly Peace Accords and Deadly Resolutions.

This, I'm sure, will be a lot more fun than just running at each other and hacking each other to pieces.
