The cold feet + euls combo can annoy any hero in the game, it's awesome for initiation even.
It also counters alch and slark pickers, which is a great plus. In this game it was easy to land blasts because of disruptor, target practice.
Shit's paper though, but it's been fun rediscovering this unpopular guy.
