NA (Official) / Not sure if technical problems or ban

I don't use racist language or cheats or anything but after latest (16.0) version of script enhancer I was able to play some on eu server but kept getting connection to server lost within a minute or less on NA, I didn't see any messages about ban but I guess I really don't know what to look for in the first place?  I just get a message about "connection to server lost"

maybe I said something rude and if so I apologize

UPDATE was my bad wireless net lol

when I go into servers with this WSE2 version, I keep losing connection, alot within first minute, I installed clean install of drivers, put settings on medium

have "repaired" my crpg, but this message appears and I am back in server list...

FIXED derp my wireless net was just being funky

Been like that since last patch, sometimes I can't even "see" NA 1 battle, whats strange is only happens in this game and once I've actually connected my ping is fine and no connection issues?

every server shows a ping of at least 200 with most crpg being near 1000 ping(on the list), could this be some kind of router settings?

Its been like that for about 2 weeks, annoying, I also tried it with non-steam or steam version of game, same results

I don't think its a bug, I think maybe I have some setting wrong or something, I have a wired connection

tell me what u got, if anything, got many +3 weapons(flamberge, german greatsword, katana, bar mace, great axe) +3 armors (mamluke, byrnie) and some +1 stuff(round steel buckler, khergit elite), and of course gold

Very expensive, makes that very strike be poisonous or first shot, be expensive, damage/stagger over time

I now have different items for my topic

+1 steel buckler (HP=137, Resist= 63, speed=99, nearly unbreakable, very fast)

+1 khergit elite armor (21 weight, 54 body, 18 leg, basically plate at 2/3 weight)

will consider gold, or trades, buckler is up for extremely low price of 250k!

items boots/helms would get top billing, but really whatever u got if ur interested I'd like to know

I say we add "Renown" into the game, you'd gain it in cRPG/Strategus battles by, guess what killing people(or wins?), maybe some small factor of 1 point of renown per kill(or win on a battle map, that would be more like the "game")

Renown would generate recruits for your personal strategus army, so the effect would be say if u were some guy like Goretooth, you'd be constently attracting a stream of bandits/mercs/followers to join you

this actually makes more sense than having every scrub toil to slowly recruit men, because honestly a famous name recruits men faster than 30 scrubs asking people to sign up

it would also maybe give individuals a chance to raise raiding parties, etc

either way, even if it doesn't do that exact thing, add renown, more messages to get in battles, etc, all past ones are fun and add interesting element to the game

Awlpike(IRL description from book)-
Also known just as a "pike" and a Morris pike (corruption of Moorish), this is an infantry spear raning from 16 to 22 feet in length.  Awl Heads are usually leaf- or lozenge shaped.  The pole is made of a strong wood, such as ash.  Many pike heads are made with two tongues of steel, nailed down the sides of the shaft in order to prevent the head from getting hacked off.   The grip is often bound with cloth and the butt capped in steel to prevent the shaft from splitting.  The awl pike has the DUBIOUS distinction of being the SLOWEST polearm available.  add this to its MEDIOCRE damage against man-sized opponents, and one is left with a weapon of QUESTIONABLE VALUE, except when used EN MASSE on the battlefied.


INGAME= ridonkulous awesome dueling 1v1 weapon of death, plus hell you have 2 pike users, oh shit no one can stop u now lol (like IRL, o wait you'd get raped IRL with only 2 slow ass unwieldy pikes that do poor damage)

IRL= slow ass poor damage weapon, only useful in large formations(we're talking 4 rows deep, the real advantage of "long spear" type weapons, total suck in 1v1 due to slowness, bad damage)

seriously the way pikes are used now(long spears, bills), something should be changed,

I PROPOSE

Make all pikes/long spears/english bill/flamberge/halberd 3 slot weapons (to stop people from being able to carry 2 big ass weapons into battle, pikemen rarely had anything, maybe a dagger/short sword as backup)

OR

Make almost all polearms non-sheathable, this would also solve alot of problems (not to mention there is no such thing as a bec de corbin sheath, never was)

AND

lower spear damages back to pre-boost levels, with the new armor pierce is best damage instead of blunt, and we need a corresponding value change or else you really haven't made it where people take lots of hits

OR

Lower spear speeds, one big problem that can't be fixed is that polearms easily cause hits due to their hitbox flaws right a the 0 range, Walt's testing showed in the first 1/3 of a thrust the 2h animation doesn't deal damage, but the pole does, this is what causes those inch stabs with polearms, slowing their speed would help mitigate the faulty hitbox

OR

we can all just play "The_Last_Polespamurai" game that we got now (I was The_Last_Polespamurai, so yea I know how totally easy polearms are now compared to other weapons, destroy shields, kill all horses, duel just as fast as the greatest 2hs, use a shield and a red tassel spear and carry a poleaxe on your back into combat like some kind of hyper POLERAMBO

While it is true I went onto the DTV map, and I did gain xp while the team killed each other, thing is this was first time I was in the new "Defend the Virgin" mode, I didn't stay there all night, I guess I could have but if u check I was playing on battle as usual, and right after I reported it in the bug threads, I see a DL blamed PxC saying we were trying to organize this, not true, some templar(Ifalin?) was actually getting pissed as we would try to fight the mobs on a broken map

anyways I was there for a few map changes, but left and went to battle as it was BS and posted about the exploit in the bug reports before I was banned for being there, I didn't retire last night or make a million gold, I haven't hidden this exploit as I only went on there to check out defend the virgin and found it was completely borked and then actually posted about it, I was playing after I posted about the thing being exploited and said to shut it down or turn off FF.............

wrong place to be for sure, I would have prefered never to see anything happen now that I think of it as this is a great excuse to just throw me away, but I would think as I posted about it being exploited right after I found about it there should be mercy given

If I was serious about being a bastard I do believe I'd have stayed there forever once I found out about it and not posted in the bug forums to stop it, I guess from timeline I posted in the bug reports forum about it about 13 hours after someone else had found out about it(but u can check my forums and I haven't been in bug reports before that, I was going to make my own post there about it, but instead just added it to other guys)

seriously, makes dueling completely anyone reasonable nearly impossible, don't give me this "realism" argument either, as completely low strength people run around blocking 5 KG maces/morningstars with butter knives now

Ok so heirlooms are hard to get right and only mains get to trade.....

I'm gen 12 and my suggestion would not help me as I already gain +33% xp, so here it goes............


All mains start with a +50% xp rate gain, like an generation bonus I get at +33%, the "Main" rate gain dissapears if u hit lv 31(so 31-35 is still long ass hell), each gen you gain it goes down by 5%, while u still gain the 3% for the generation, so at gen 11 you still get +30% with +3%(each additional generation afterwards)

I think a problem in the game is balancing the game for new players so they want to stay, I know my teenage cousin quit because of the grind(at the time he also said it was a "rangefest"), also all the high gen characters(like myself), would not benefit from this at all so it's a true win for the little guy

I got +1 khergit elite armor(21 weight, 54 armor, 18 leg, maxes out at 59 body, 23 leg-prolly best armor/weight ratio in game) and +3 lordly heavy strange armor (20 weight, 56 body, 29 legs, awesome paired with heirloomed gloves of some kind, great leg defense with heavy strange leggings u got 59 starting)

looking for +2 morningstars/bar maces or up for khergit, +3+gold at least for the lordly strange, not interested in your conversation on how all points are equal, they're not, armor worth more than weapons everyone knows that

Also have +2 mamluk armor (48 body, 20 legs, maxes out at 51 23 @ 15.5 weight), not really interested in losing that unless I'm getting maybe +3 sarranid guard armor(I will not pay u), or some kind of insane offer involving +3 bar mace and massive gold

I am not going to lose all 3 because they are really all badass armors combined with my gauntlets of ogre might, just checking for people who may want to get rid of weapons they can't sell/etc (I know moringstars are in high supply with lil demand, and no one really likes bar maces anymore)

I also have Lordly lamellar gaunlets(1 weight, 15 armor) only possibility for trade on that would be for lordly scale gauntlets(1 weight, 15 armor), lamellar looks great with all lamellars(derp),cav robes,eastern stuff(sarranid,mamluke,elite armors,guard armor)
