cRPG Technical problems / Game settings, where they are stored ?

I made some changes to my PC and somehow I lost the old one, now I must to adjust graphics again and copy them to save location for future cases.
crpg_beta_config and rgl_config ? or some more files ?

EU_2, map-DTV City Revolt, time-30.01.2014, around 19:20-19:25 CET
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.
We played as defenders, round started and I went to a wall near flag, where second team can make suprise attack [screen 1]. So I was waiting there near edge of wall. He came there and tried to shield-bash me, first time he missed, second was successful and I fell down and died [screen 2,3,4].
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*
Dunno, maybe he has ADHD or wanted to "help" second team or just fooling around..... I'm not Nostradamus really.

7. Names of players who witnessed what happened.**
There were around 60 people on server, plenty of DRZ and Greys, but I can't say if anyone had seen it with their own eyes. On chat-log for sure.

I just remove gauntlets from armoury and they are damaged... 
maybe it is logic, but why I should pay for someone who used it ?

Is it just me, my settings, maybe my connection [which was good yesterday] or something with servers ? I mean I can swear that I had a few situations like my blow goes through the body of my enemy and nothing happens.

I'm trying to change my +3 Lordly Winged Great Helmet to +3 Red Tournament Helmet. Now is 4th time in a row when price is over 450k:
-1st - 480k (iirc)
-2nd - 450k
-3rd - 550k
-4th - 500k
Each time I was a second bidder and I only hope that each time it wasn't the same person who win, because with about 2 mil you can buy 2 masterworks or make a very good investment on market. I think it is not worth more than ~350k.

Strategus Issues / Wrong report after battle

Also Bagge was dead in score table (red color) and at the same time live in game. Probably some kind of graphic glitch, but I'm not sure.
