Instability on NA servers

I've had a very unstable connection to the NA servers for a couple weeks now.  I'm having constant issues like...

  • Rubber-banding.
  • Unstable ping bouncing anywhere between normal (45-50) and 130 several times per minute.
  • Mouse button presses/releases get lost resulting in blocks not happening or swings being held indefinitely until I click M1 again.
  • Attacks phase right through targets at point-blank range.
  • Opponents will walk through me or I'll walk through them without either of us having just been hit.

I do not have these problems on the EU servers so it's not something generally wrong with my local connection.  The last time something like this happened it was due to a change in the ports used by the servers but I've triple-checked my QoS settings and they are in order.  So I'm kinda at a loss as to what the hell is going on.   Were the servers moved recently?  Anyone else dealing with this bullshit?  Anyone have any ideas?  It's pretty damn unplayable at this point.

I will ask the NA provider to look into it. For now I'll give NA a restart and see if that helps.

Servers still odd like that strategus battle last night where most people dced and no one could join after a while when a few people still managed to stay in when dc occured

Prof said that the server computer can only run 3 at a time reliably, its probalby that NA2 is up. Take down NA7 or something

So why are there ALWAYS 4 eu servers up seige included but seige has to be turned on and off on NA?

Different hosts I would assume, EU servers may be more powerful as well since Peskdoktor was paying for them himself and then the EU portion of the patreon donations i believe just went to upgrade them
