Closed Requests / [Ban/watch] Clashoot

Keep an eye out for this one, potential future perma-ban candidate if he would continue his disruptive ways.
Server: EU_1
Time: ~11:45 CET
Offender: Clashoot
Polepoop twice setup ladders for an ambush where Clashoot the first time team-damaged the ladder down to no HP at all, the round after he completely destroyed the ladder before it was even up and ready.
Several other people also claimed he team damaged them on purpose.
He also didn't fess up when called out and claimed innocence, hence clearly disruptive behavior.
Didn't grab a screenshot of him destroying the ladder unfortunately (was scrolling through the player list for a ban poll) but enough saw and yelled about it to 100% verify, either way as long as people keep an eye out for this guy so he can be thrown out given further similar behavior.

In short:
Date: 8th January, on EU 4 Siege.
Player: _Freimann_von_Langobard_
Issue: Abusive behavior, multiple team killing, multiple poll abuse
The whole story:
A German player, _Freimann_von_Langobard_, suddenly put up a ban poll on my self due to no reason at all, he did this multiple times. I replied that polls aren't for such but he was unresponsive seemingly only answering people questioning him in Deutsch. Another player, Phil_von_Unterwald_II then started explaining to him, in Deutsch, and proceeded to put up a kick-poll for throwing out Freimann due to his behavior, which led to Phil being team-killed 2 times by Freimann. I don't have screenshots of the German stuff he wrote though.

cRPG Technical problems / Missing skill-points

Lost a skill point in Power Strike.
If whoever admin could check my character stats [DenBitre_Cooties] he should be able to see that there's 1 skill point missing.
Do the math for my attributes and stats for proof. I converted 2 points to an attribute once = Missing 1 skill point.
