4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. Nudged me, I reported it and then he TKed me.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did. I have no idea.Rage probably.

Since you ask only for a warn, I won't bother to go deeper into this.
Warned, teamkilling is rarely a good response to getting reported for something. It's actually never a good response.
