I was playing on Eu1 on the 04/01/14 at 14:24 GMT and I encounter a glitch where it spawned me without my gear, without informing me my gear wasn't read/loaded in yet. I died after typing in the chat that my gear had not loaded in, and then left the server, thinking re logging would fix the issue. When I came back to join the server, it spawned me in again (twice in one round) and then I was banned without any warning or chance to explain. I did not mean to spawn twice in one round and I left to try and fix a bug issue I was having.

He told my friend, to tell me, to make an unban request like everyone else.

Not sure how you can spawn without checking the box stating you're ready to spawn. It's one thing if it were siege or strat, but battle is a bit different. Even though you had your gear bugged, you still chose suicide by running into the opposing team with your fists, rather than attempting to use your high athletics to maneuver around the field until you could loot a weapon, and thus help your team win. I think anyone who has played this mod for a long time has had their gear bug at least once, most people tend to loot a weapon, rather than suicide.
The initial ban length was for 1 day.

I was trying to find a weapon but I got surrounded by the enemy team, but thankyou for the quick reply.

Unbanned. Next time, make sure you don't spawn twice in the same round.
