We got the custom banner working now, if you do not have it, make sure on the ingame character editor you have selected "Use clan banner" on the banner choice screen. If you are not seeing anyone's custom banner, delete your crpg launcher and download latest one from c-rpg.net it will auto update when you run it, grabbing all banners. We all ned to thank alpha for giving up on being a tightfisted pizza murdering banker for once and shelling out for a banner slot! For he's a jolly good fellow!
