He had 66% takedown defense against Chad Mendes (an elite level wrestler with the best double leg in UFC) and Conor's knee was fucked up in that fight and leading up to it, so he couldn't train properly. Mendes got gassed because of the bodyshots and pressure Conor was putting on him. None of the people you mentioned have the wrestling pedigree of Mendes, who, again, Conor had 66% takedown defense against -- and when he did get taken down, Mendes couldn't get anything done. When he tried, Conor got back up.

And Khabib's wrestling is way better than Mendes and he's a sambo champ so his grappling is already superior as evident in his fights. And then add in the fact that he fucking wrestled with bears as a kid. Conor's ground game is shit as proven before. Look what Khabib did to the champ Rafael Dos Anjos. He ragdolled him. And RDA has dominated the LW division lately. Imagine what he could do to Conor with Conor's shitty grappling and shitty TDD?

Everything I said is correct, and nothing you just said refuted any of it. Conor took Mendes instead of Edgar because Mendes was higher ranked at the time.

Conor's "shitty grappling" and "shitty TDD" exist only in your delusions. And Mendes is a far superior wrestler than Khabib, even Khabib said he sucked at wrestling. Whether his overall ground game is better is a different kettle of fish.
