Rewards from the Tournament

Hey guys, hows it going, Kenda here.
The subject says it all, it's been a month now I believe since the tournament finished, not sure who's supposed to give out the rewards (I assumed Cooties), however he hasn't been on the forums since the 5th of June. Is it a complicated process to give out rewards? Isn't there anyone else who can take this matter into their hands? Might require more of a time investment than I imagine however any news from anyone with some authority regarding this would be satisfying.
