Maybe you was inactive at this point? Your excerpt (very small part) of a screenshot doesn't show much.
If you replied in the in-game chat right after the poll was stated, it's poll-abuse. If you noticed the poll later you came back, it's justified.

I was there, the poll was "somewhat" justified, he was away for maybe half of the round, and later came back and overreacted. The poll did not pass.

No action taken, closing.
