Crash- Help

Ran repairs.
When not using WSE it tells me that skinmagic.dll is missing, but it IS there. Any help would be appreciated.

That crash log is when I use WSE :(
So basically I cant play either way

EDIT: found a way to play without WSE but WSE still will not work for me
