I didn't see anything in the logs that would indicate there was foul play involved between both parties. Even if SoW_Baggie_Slimpy_MB was 'messing around' with a low damage weapon or was low level (which he isn't) there was amble time after getting reported for him to realize "hey, this guy doesn't appreciate this, maybe I should stop".
This will be the 5th ban on slimpy, and the third in the past 2 months. 72 hour ban considering ban history.
