It's an executable that you are supposed to download and run on your pc, basically allowing the guy to do whatever he wants with your computer, searching and sending your key to a remote server included.

This is nice of Meow, but if people had to be told not to run executables from strange websites they are either new to the internet or they deserve to have their crap stolen for being too trusting. On that note, I am nigerian royalty and have a lot of money back in the home country, I just need a western union check for 1000 dollars to access my family's fortune and I will show you my noble gratitude back tenfold.
