Im the last one alive on my team, and im activly fighting (just killed a guy and reloading) then thomek says no delay and waits like a few seconds and kicks me.... while i was fighting. not one rule where broken. So it clearly shows that thomek has a real problem with eighter me or my class, and lacks the selfcontrol you need as an admin. So i rejoin and ask's if he is stupid, not the best choice of words but hey its crpg so thats polite.  i just had a problem with his abuse of power. Then the same thing happens and im the last and does the same thing.... now he does nothing... this shows imo that he knows the kick was wrong... then NeXT map i nudge him with my horse (no knockdown) and he ban's me for 3 days... i mean WTF. he clearly cant handel having admin powers.

5. Why you think the offender did what he did : He have problems with ranged, esp mounted ranged. its not like this is the first time..... or 25'th time.....

I asked him why he kicked you and he said something along the lines of "bumping for the nth time". The reason given was "Griefing" which seems like you really.

1. First I warn, you vs 8 and you drag it out.

2. Then I kick.

3. Then I mute.

4. When you bump me on purpose out of spawn (yes you knocked me down, dont lie.) then I ban.

What this ban is about:

Countless times I've told you not to delay at every single opportunity you have. Who knows how many minutes of gameplay you have wasted. Multiplied by players on server, you are taking away hours and hours of playtime from other people. We are not just talking a few occurrences of timewasting, you have shown a strong will to annoy people as much as possible, whenever the chance arise. A defense like you are "just playing your class" does not apply because you are so consistent. If you would fight enemies with an effort proportional to the situation you would have no bans, but you insist on plonking on 8 enemies from a distance when you are last one left.

c-RPG is a bit like a schoolyard, and right now, the other kids don't want to play with you anymore. That's whats happening.

Now, how to avoid trouble in the future. Stop being a timewaster, if you happen to be last man alive, vs impossible odds, charge and fight, make it a good fight..
