RRunner had spent the previous map griefing and teamkilling, a few polls to have him removed failed.
On the next map, the population had dwindled down to eight or ten players. Two rounds went by and then they obviously got bored. As per the screenshots, two quick banpolls without existing, or stated, reasons, in conjunction with a teamkill.
