If you are having fun, then you are doing it correctly.

I personally convert 2 skill points into 1 attribute point though, so when I hit level 30 I have even multiples of 3 for my stats.

When you start a new character, you start with 2 skill points to spend, and every time you level you gain an additional skill point.

Commonly, people convert either 0, 2 (the most common) or 8, though occasionally more with specialty builds.

It is not really needed if you do not max out your skills (Skills can ony be raised to a maximum of the base attribute/3, such as if I had a 21 Strength then maximum Power Draw I could have is 7).

I plan to keep pumping agility with WM and Ath.

The way this build works out is really just a lot of fun. My total equipment is under 7 pounds so I suffer no lose for speed, my weaponry setup includes: Long Dagger, sometimes a Steel Buckler, Six Point Shuriken to round out empty slots (only 1 lb each), and the 453 gold Hammer which is light, fast, and is one of the first weapons with knockdown. My gear is that of your ordinary thief: some bandaged boots, a tattered, ratty leather overcoat, and a wool cap.

I honestly cannot get over how fun this is as an alternative to tin-can one-shotting while slow as hell. And when I run into somebody else with a similar build, like RoyalGuard_Erath, it's even better; the battles that ensue are much more fast paced.
