Post what you want me to loom, and how much you'll pay. I'd be willing to have you trade me an item you have loomed, then loom it again for you, and then trade it back for the payment. If you trust me enough that is.

Here are some reasons:
I have a moderate amount of experience(started playing cRPG in January of 2010, after about a year and a half of regular Mount and Blade)
I am a nice guy
I do not troll
I do not swing around the banhammer unless they really deserve it or something
I almost never TK, and when I do, I make sure I apologize on the spot
Now, probably nobody on here will support me, but, why the hell not apply?
Also, as an added bonus, I have no life!
Which means, I can be on a server at any time I am not at school!(6am-3pm PCT)
So, now I know you already want me to be an admin, so just go ahead and send me a PM, or something!

No, just no. This would suck major balls, and would make playing as an Archer more of a gamble than anything else. Fire at enemy, hit team mate, lose 1000xp and 50 gold. I mean, I got to admit, I'm a shit ass archer, and if this was implemented, I'd never touch a bow again. Or a crossbow. Or a throwing weapon. Now we got everyone who is as good as me with ranged, all using small melee weapons, and probably shields. So now instead of a massive diverse army, you get a bunch of turtles with like, I dunno, Short Broad Swords. Congrats, the games no longer fun.

« on: October 04, 2011, 09:27:36 am »It is tactical, it is a way to get over magnetic shields, and fire over friendlys. I normally never have a problem with roof archers because I almost never see them. I play on the Haven server, or the Ootl most of the time, and I dont think I've seen it once.
I dislike how people spew out this "omg it's tactical and blah blah blah" talk. It isn't tactical at all.

Make respecing cost gold, like, I dunno, 10000 gold. I know this would suck for the respecers who actuallly use it for what it was intended for, but as a ton of other people have said, its annoying as fuck to get horse bumped to death by a team of 5 plated chargers all in full plate. I'm a light infantry shielder most of the time, so there isn't much I can do against them.

If a gun is added, then it would probably do a ton of damage, and be an almost instant hit(faster then the crossbow). Even if it did cost 95000 gold, some asshole would still buy it, and then spam the shit out of it. Only three shots=Three instant kills. It'd be like a shotgun, just hide around a corner, and when some guy walks around it, blast his punk ass. I'd say, make it cost 500000 gold, and then anyone who spends enough time to get that, deserves to use it.

If I lost everything to a wipe, I'd be pissed as hell. And no, don't make equipment more expensive. Maybe nerf the repairs, or not make it random, or at least let us know the algorithm for what it is for equipment to break. Because, there are days when I put on my full set of equipment(Katana, Coat of Plates, Winged Great Helm, Plated Boots, Red Wispy Guantlets, Crossbow, and Steel Bolts) and there are some round where all this shit breaks, and them I'm out about 15000 gold. I can't afford that shit more than once a day, maybe not even twice a day. So I'm a level 31 strength build, running around in peasant gear.

The only down side I'd see is, people would just TK the fuck out of each other. It's like taking friendly fire off on Counter-Strike: Source. People are going to die, son. Most likely me. I don't like that. Other than that, this is a pretty good idea.

If this would happen, I could just imagine a player just running around trolling, like an archmy old friend or agimy old friend, or maybe even a platemy old friend, and then gets smashed in the chest with like, a 5000 gold bounty, or something, and everyone, even his team mates would be like, "KILL HIM!".
