Beginner's Help and Guides / Looking for a good polearm build?

I just retired and I've never played a pole build before. Figured I'd give it a go for a gen. Kinda want to wear heavish armor and be able to take a hit but not be incredibly slow. Wanna use the long hafted spiked mace as my primary weapon. For armor i didn't really have anything specific in mind maybe like surcoat over mail.
My idea for the build would be something like this
24 str
15 agi
8 power strike
8 iron flesh
5 athletics
5 weapon master
and all WPF into polearms.
Any thoughts?

IDK, I feel like maybe having the bows have stagger is a bit OP but as a dedicated crossbow man I thrive on that stagger. It takes me 5 seconds(I just counted) to reload my arbalest with 123wpf. The stagger is one of the few pluses to it(gives me time to reload which i desperately need) besides the high damage output. Just my opinion since everyones just talking about archery and not about crossbows.

Hey I'd like to be admin. I've been playing cRPG for 3 years now and I play for like 3-6 hours a day. I can take lots of criticism as I'm in SKoT and we get ragged daily. I'm literally always on my computer so i can respond to any message quickly, and I'm willing to use almost any form most convenient. I have experience being an admin on different kinds of servers(mostly minecraft ones) so I have some knowledge on the field and being impartial.
