cRPG Technical problems / Missing character

Okay, so I haven't been on my character, Cavalieres_Earthdforce, for a couple weeks now, but when I last played on him he was generation 2 level 25 or so and I had all my equipment and such. When I check now, both on the website and in game, he's a brand new level 1 character with normal stats and such. He's also generation 1. I don't think I changed my name, but just in case I checked Earthdforce also, and he's level 1 as well. Can I have some information as to what happened to Cavalieres_Earthdforce?

I would like to deeply apologize for all the trolling I've done, be it team damaging or team killing on purpose and therefore screwing my team over any way I can. I'm going to try to stop myself from trolling from now on. I would like a fresh start with the community, the admins, and my clan. I'm sorry guys, will you ever forgive me?

I'm just wondering how much longer I have to wait my ban out. I was given no length after a double team kill, rather I was insta-banned. Now I'm not QQing, I just want to get in and play some damn cRPG on the NA servers. So...yeah, when will I be unbanned?

Dracul_Allers seems to be a pacifist...it doesn't work that well in a game like this. Let's see what he does instead.
