He was intentionally griefing the server with leeching/delaying/afk hiding for several maps in a row, but he surely had a heart of gold.

I hopped on the duel server to try and populate it with some fun duels, then I saw my 'friend' SugarHoe hop on and got excited. We had a fun duel in which I did not entice him to insult at all, but he told me to 'stfu' and... kill myself... I am a very emotional young man and cannot imagine committing atrocities such as homicide upon my own body.

5. Why you think the offender did what he did.
I don't know, I thought he was my friend.

Balian_ofthe_2ndCrusade was in TS with me, I explained my emotions to him and told him what happened. He took me under his wing in such an emotional time.

Please admins, I want justice on North American servers. If telling young men to kill themselves over a videogame is justified... I don't know if the world is set in motion correctly, thank you.

I'm not going to argue to interpretation of your words with you, but I do know that you were not concerned about the well-being of Daimyo_Tsubohachi enough that you inquired on his mental health. You intended the statement as an insult and that is that. Both telling someone to kill themselves and implying that they would want to kill themselves are equally horrible things to say in my eyes.

Then why don't you start arguing with Daimyo as well?

Handle it maturely, ignore or reply neutrally. Make a ban thread later.

It is a different matter, however, you didn't ask him if he was thinking about killing himself. You wrote "you have contemplated killing yourself, haven't you." This isn't a question, its an attack on someone's self esteem.

Not nearly in the manner, nor degree in which he was attacking mine. In no way did I throw any insults of equal level back to him, nor noticeably lower his 'self esteem'. In fact, I didn't throw any insults at all.

Also,

you have contemplated killing yourself, haven't you.

Is in question format. It can be seen as a statement, or an inquiry.

It looks to me like you threw the same insult at him that he sent at you. 

What am I suppose to do he is calling me names and telling me to kill myself, asking if one thinks about killing themselves is an entirely different matter.

I was on the NA duel server before a Strat battle just dueling with my friend, RoR_SugarHoe, and this guy Daimyo_Tsubohachi insults me for beating him in a duel, he called me a nerd multiple times for being better at melee than him, continued to insult me and tell me I shouldn't play this game, then he... he told me to kill myself. I know this goes around alot over the internet, but I am a very emotionally compromised young man. The fact that he told me to commit an atrocious act such as murder upon my own body is unbearable. It really put me down.

Hey, I was on Defend the Virgin, came on once, round had already started. I was in spectator and one of the 2 guys... _Achillies_ and Aegon something both polled the kick me, it was accepted, when I came back one polled to ban me. I have done nothing on this server since I have played on EU and they are accusing me of leeching yet I have full plate and rack up for AI kills than they do. Here are some screenies.

WSE2 Beta / Re: Stuttering Isssue. (FPS is fine though.)

I get this exact same issue, my FPS is around 50/60 or so but I get a seeeeeriously bad stutter, the FPS never drops, but when people swing a weapon or raise a shield it is as stuttering as you could imagine. You can barely see the full swing just a few stages of it, but my walking animation is fine.
