cRPG Technical problems / Avarage ping is higher

My average ping used to be 50, I could still block most of the other people atacks.

Now I get 80 ping, and its been like this for a while now, I had this problem once but than it went back to 50.

Im the only one connected to my router, nothing changed by my side, can it be the server's fault?
Is there a way i can fix this? I realy dont want to start playing with a shield and spam a scimitar, that being the only way a man can play with lag.

Maybe even a heraldic coat of plate?
