This is a weapon with maybe 45 length, a dagger that has one attack direction; and MAYBE can manual block.

Yeah I read it and the only image I could get is a massive DPS that reduces the gameplay to blocking first hit or first two hits depending on opponents build and spamming stab while hugging. Short length either makes this weapon capable of overriding the auto miss that happens if you try to stab someone with not enough distance between you or renders the weapons useless. Even if you remove the blocking ability such a powerful tool would only re-introduce what katana builds were a year ago. Either way I don't like it.
ed. Even with a shield this weapon basically deals german greatsword's base damage & it's just wrong.

So basically you want a 2h/1h with 27% more stab base damage than the german and with a speed exceeding that of a katana?

One set, no side weapons, no ladders/c'n'b sites right now (i used to have construction site, construction material, siege ladder and medium ladder but since the slot thingy came i don't use it anymore). I am thinking about a backup crossbow tho.

The whole point of heirlooms is to make you more attached to your stuff. We get a respec after every major patch and that's just enough for me. On the other hand adding such a function would take some time off devs hands so in the long run it could be useful. If we have to have a respec function I think we should pay at least 1 heirloom point for using it. It is impossible to set a good price for such a function goldwise because of the spread of players gold.

Longsword and Greatsword for sure. Not sure about armors and that stuff.

Just looking at the weapons clearly shows which one should have more stab damage. However, maybe a small increase in stab damage is in order?
No it isn't. Two handed sword is for slashing, longsword is for stabing and katana is for weaboos. All angles are covered.

Some of the devs already wrote they are considering it, yet there are still some bugged items some of us have had heirloomed so debugging all items and redeploying them would be the priority here. Just have patience and good things will eventually happen.

Them leeching ass leeches could always spawn with an upkeep free item like construction material. There is no point in limiting the minimal amount of slots you have to have taken, it would add more bug prone coding and wouldn't bring any real difference whatsoever. Also while in peasant mode you couldn't spawn only with a weapon that doesn't take a slot like dagger or pick.

Also it would be very neat if you could add a failsafe to the building process, because people tend to turn or use siege equipment while it is still being built which ends in stuff being build partially or even getting stuck in the floor.

Also I might add construction is the next best thing after crack and smack and I'd welcome a skill that decreases amount of construction material needed to your construction sites.
