The Bastard of Almerra better known as Chantakey the "whistlepants" has been punished for attacking harmless peasant traders whilst passing through the war torn landscape of Hound territory. Tho these unarmed peasant travelers meant no harm we must follow through and see its end. Chantakey has been gently placed in the well of Praven for 9 days. One day for every 1000 crates he raided.

                     First off a moment of silence to honor the works of a fallen King and hero of the old days, may this warrior's spirit find it's way to the halls of heroes! Rumors of his demise have reached Pyongmerra and there's a mixed emotion in the palace. Stories from local merchants tell tales of the Gobblin king being killed by his own generals or finally losing his battle to anal syphilis, we may never know...Either way my generals and I applaud him and the energy he brought to the political arena!!(tho my generals are in hot water for losing four villages, they still applaud.)

  I was enjoying my usual morning breast milk bath when my peace and relaxation in exile was disturbed. I heard the dancing of steel in the hall outside the door and men shouting. Then in a flash the steel stopped ringing and the sound of footsteps accompanied by a strong leather smell approached the door. I waited in the tub for whoever was coming. Was it assassins here to kill me for my old war crimes? Are the rebels fighting each other? Who could it be? Then crash the thick oak door came smashing down like Warborn at the tavern on a Tuesday night. The first man in wasn't my prison guard but my very own bastard Jona and about a dozen loyalists. Jona gave me his hand as he helped me from the warm breast milk bath, threw me some HoC heraldic and said "time for the Hounds of Chulainn to rise again"... and so we shall. Hounds of Chulainn are back and declare independence from our caretakers(FCC). They have been great to us and we will never forget it! Let us continue to be great friends until the end of days.

Was a hot July day when the 6th assault of the KingsHand Lord Warborn's great city of Halmar was finally breached. We had crippled five good armies before but we were starving and horribly outnumbered by the time the blessed end came. The King wrote his last will and legal rights in the last chamber of the last gatehouse towards the end. All lands and titles owned to Bonesaw of the BoneCrusher dynasty are here by given equally between the living Bastards "Bernie", who's mother was a famous shield maiden and the living Bastard "Jona", who was forged in lust to a female blacksmith named "Agatha the right handed". She was the lucky one held down and  Raped after the great victory taking the city of Halmar from the Remnants a lifetime ago. Once defeated the Old King of almost four human years in cRPG decided the only honorable thing to do was to release his KingsGuard to the melee and find peace with a sword from a loyal hand.  When his wills were written and his family tree safe,  the Old King of HoC set off to the afterlife on his own terms. One day his Bastards and Loyalists will rise up and avenge their  old WarChief........

Rumors of self exile in Argentina with the rest of my Bolshevik fighting war criminal friends are true. I send out a global goodbye to friend and foe alike! Been a slice of life but my ship awaits and it's time to say goodnight to the bad man.

I said we are going to suicide for XP then exit strat.  You then save me the time of picking my target by volunteering your clan for it. Real smart. XP will be good. HoC will be withdrawing from the strategus community and will be working to take on a more mercenary role from here on out. Starting villages can be purchased for crpg gold by friendly clans. Send Pm to me for your offers. Once sold I'll start selling the big stuff. Note-only enemies of my enemy need bother with offers.

Diplomacy / Return of the Racist King. HoC shuts off borders!

I'm back from my 30 day exile (forum ban) for using some racist remarks to get my point across(drinker). I look forward to defending myself in the forum arena once more and can finally declare war once again. Anyways HoC will be needing to close our borders to all that are not welcome and to those without a golden ticket. Oh and to anyone that harbors "Carac the dung beetle" or "Bruttus the goat herder", I will attack them on site with zero regard for their current host faction(tapeworm style feeders).

Diplomacy / Let the city bells ring! Occitan and HoC break bread for peace!

  Was a cold desert evening when my palanquin under a white banner of truce arrived in Weyyah for peace talks with Occitan.  I stepped out from my carriage onto the steps made from hunched over slaves to be greeted by Arowaine. He proceeded to kiss my cheeks(must be a western thing I thought but it's all good) and offered me to join him in the great hall for negotiations. We feasted on desert boar and washed it down with a very good vintage wine, I thought to myself "Arowaine must have busted out his private stock to impress me". I do admit it was delicious and well received. After our main course he entertained my entourage and myself with a gladiator pit fight to the death followed by music from the famed 13 virgins of Shariz. During this royal entertainment we were able to discuss our terms and came to an agreement.
  I told him verbal agreements are only words and that the Hounds of Chulainn always seal a deal with blood. So in the old customs of HoC I drew my captured Remnant dagger from a war ages ago and proceeded to cut my right hand for the "shake of peace". Arowaine at first did not like the idea of cutting his hand and sharing blood for peace but he cowboy'd up and to my surprise cut his hand deeper than I have ever seen without losing fingers. We finished the ceremony and I advised him to get that cut cleaned up for it could fester being that deep you crazy bastard! We laughed at that and so I returned to my lands with great news of peace and prosperity for my people. Men of honor are hard to find this late in the wars and I have been privileged to meet one of the last. May the gods of war greet you as a friend when you enter the hall of warriors!

I've ordered the capture of New Ehlerdah village for payment owed to me for bleeding in Emperor Roberts wars. 25,000 of my men lay rotting in the sands so a village will be a good Velucan gesture to all the orphans of HoC. I know Robert will smash his fist on the table in fury but the god emperor I served and still respect would understand that the "Iron Price" we paid for him has its own price! I do not wish armed conflict so step aside and let nature take its course or draw your sword sir and cut me down! I drink to you and your warriors health. Long live Emperor Robert!

The Hounds of Chulainn will be lifting the desert trade blockade and honoring a self imposed ceasefire with the Occitans today. Due to our newly formed independence and neutrality we would like to negotiate an official end of conflict with our long time enemies the Occitans and their allies. To be honest the war with Occitan has been the most stale, boring, lifeless experience we have ever encountered in our 2+ years of doing crpg strategus and almost made us quit due to the absolute boring atmosphere they have created. I beg that Occitans take our ceasefire and just go away for rest of this strat. For real, please just go away. You're not fun to fight or Role play with so I'm taking my toys and going elsewhere. If you want to continue this pointless and obviously boring war, be my guest. Otherwise let the bells ring for two days straight in honor of the tens of thousands of men that have fallen in this less than fun war and enjoy your peace like me.  ~BoneSaw the Cruel Drunk
