Update - May 18th, 2018: Both maps probably aren't accurate anymore, putting on hold for now.

Here's a simple map of where you can buy and sell goods without asking the owners on the NA and EU maps.

Yellow fiefs are places to buy, green fiefs are places to sell. The color of the fief name will show the tax level. Green is 1-9%, yellow 10-19%, and red is 20% plus.

Let me know if you want your fief added plus any items you have discounted and I'll link to the post in the OP. Your banner can be added too.

Total War Series / Free Rome 2 DLC if you sign up for Total Access

Beginner's Help and Guides / 2h / thrower weapon points and respecing main character for Strategus

I've just started playing again recently and have a few questions:

1. My main character (strat character) is level 36 and doesn't have any points allocated yet. Is it now possible for me to respec this character on a regular basis without losing level or would I have to switch my alt characters if I wanted to go archer or 1h in strat battles?

2. I'm thinking about putting 1 or 2 points in power throw on my 2hander main. What's the formula for how much armor weight reduces my weapon points? I think you used to have to have at least 13 weapon points per level of power throw to use higher difficulty throwing weapons but don't know if it's different now or even matters. Also the pop-up over iron flesh says that it reduces the negative effect armor has on weapon points, how much per level?

My gear weight would be:

great helm 3.2
mongolian elite armor 20.7
scale gauntlets 1.1
rus splinted greaves 2.6

total = 27.6

The two build options I'm considering, one with 1 power throw and the other with 2 pt.

Option 1:

I just noticed this Caribbean! game made with the Mount & Blade engine on Steam, anyone tried it recently? I don't want to buy another half-finished game but has it improved enough to be worth it at this point?

I have more donkeys than troops, no goods and I'm only moving 26m on plains. I'm pretty sure when I had goods (same number as donkeys) I was moving 33m.

Anyone else playing this?

You go around to different places with your phone and attack or defend portals. If a faction controls 3 portals in the same area they can be linked and a field is created that shows the territory is under your factions control. I like running at night and this game just makes it a lot more fun to do. I'm in LA too so there's lots of portals and people battling for control of certain neighborhoods and landmarks. Getting exercise outside while playing a game is a lot more fun than running on a boring treadmill!

Strategus General Discussion / A bigger map?

If there's ever another version of strat, I'm curious what people would think about playing on a much larger map, something like this:

Or would it be better to keep things the way they are now or even revert back to one map?

Also, if there was a larger map like pictured above, should it have all fiefs on every map like the current EU map or the same amount of EU/NA fiefs as now but spread out further?  Maybe a large section of the map reserved for a Chinese server as well?
