cRPG Technical problems / Respec without penalty didn't work PLS HELP!!

So i respecced my alternate character lvl 32 and now he is lvl 24. On the site it tells me the respec was without penalty so i am on cooldown again for 7 days but character still got exp penalty. pls help me

I were 2 minutes afk in siege but in spectator and now i am banned on all servers?

Other / unban DKG_Vekk from HRE DTV Server

I am banned on the HRE DTV Server cause a guy throwed 3 weapons on me and i throwed 3 weapons back and the admin banned me without warning can u pls unban me i promise i will not throw weapons at allies anymore,
