They really have balls to release beta at same time as Blizzard does. Hopefully you'll find someone to play with.

If it has the same awesome gameplay and pace as Borderlands does, I might even consider buying it at release.
Borderlands had the best fps gameplay and pace by far in the last few years. Smooth, fast and skill based... love it.

I have high hopes for this one tbh.

Please don't disappointment me! D:

I don't have much hope for this, borderlands core gameplay is as deep as rye bread.  It's a bullet sponge fest stacked with loot whoring. It's fun because of the back story,  fairly robust questing and a first rate visual style; however the core shooting mechanics are about as far from skill based as this game is from an original idea.

ok

Casimir is spot-on. The bullet-sponginess of everything including the PC in Borderlands 2 is annoying as hell. I know, I played hundreds of hours of it. At low difficulty this might not be the case but in UVHM it's really sick. You basically need to use extremely rare equipment and specific combos to inflict reasonable damage at these levels, and you definitely need exploits to defeat UVHM raid bosses.
