Title: Bugfix: Website Equip Screen Bow Speed

Not sure where else this occurs, but I noticed this this morning. Look at the speed rating difference between regular and masterwork.

In fact, I think the bug is derived from the fact that there are two missile speeds, which is another bug.

Do we actually have a website maintainer?

There is no any problem, missile speed +2 and speed rating +2, from 48 = 50. what's da prob ?
