Title: Top 5 gay weapons.

Well, lets be honest, every class in crpg is a gay... But there is more or less gay weapons.
So the idea of this thread, is to knew wich weapon is most gay in this game.
My top 5 is:
1: danish \ german gayswords. because its the most easy, and op weapon. special ability - backpedaling. = most popular 2h.
2: Rus bow. op both vs ranged and infantry.
3: Arbalest. the only reason why arba 3rd but not 2nd is - for me, i use arba mostly to hunt down archers and cav but this is noble task.
4: Any cav. Cav is not at first place only because it require some skill.
5: One hands with big thrust dmg.

Type ure top 5 here. (with expanation only please)

1/ No, they are fairly easy to see, not too fast, and if you havent managed to deal with backpeddlers by 2014 you are doing it wrong. They are disusting but easily counterable, just press your S key for a second, and they realise that they are 300 metres from you and come back again. Repeat untill they rage and come at you hard, then kill them because they are scrubs.
2/No, rus bow less dangerous and annoying than any bow below it in the list. The higher on the list of bow prices, the less effective and scary they are to face.
3/No, sure its gay to be 1shot, but crossbows 1 shot to the face and can get 3 shots off to the arbalests 1. Also arbamolesters cannot run as fast as those crossbow my old friendgits, so at least u can smash the little cunt. Last thing you see of crossbow users is their Nike running shoes as they turn a corner, 300 metres down the street.
4/ Cav not too bad, untill you get to the guys who are bump-couching. yes, first the bump, then a couch... explain how, I cannot.
5/ Yeah, 1h stab was ruined, now its harder to actually land because everycunt is trying it all day. Was better before when you had to stab under you own left armpit, it worked well did loads of damage and noone blocked it.

My top 5; (Basicly easy=gay for me)

1.Elite Scimitar: I am here for 3 years. Mostly retired as a shielder. And this weapon has no failing option. You will kill people when you don't even mean to, you will outrange and spam at the same time.Easiest 1h IMO.
2.Miaodao: MW one has 45 Cut. and 117 length, correct me if I am wrong. I never block with that weapon in my hands, and I barely don't get valour.Easiest 2h nowadays.
3.Great Lance: Coolest weapon in game, I was very happy when I saw the colored ones, 1 hits people, as it should be. But it should BREAK after some time, you re holding a wooden pole jfc. Until that, people will keep abusing it *cough* grellenort *cough* so it will give you nightmares.
4.Long Spear,Awlpike,Pike,Ashwood Pike etc. : Actually most tactical weapons , they can change the fate of battle any time , but how can you fucking stab people through a massive 2 meters height wall , thats utter bs. Or how can you stab someone which is close enough to eat your face by dancing with that weapon? I used to have a GO alt , at level 15 I was topping the scoreboard on siege with an awlpike.Too ez.
5.Cavalry Bumpslash: Re-tar-ded.Retarded.I mean, how? It is unrealistic, only God knows the mechanic of that thing. And it is not counterable, you turn your back, see the cavalry, and being like "You failed to sneak into me , now gtfo!" and block, but whaat? he bumpslashes you with the hardest weapon in game (ACS) , and your whole HP is gone. Screw Lordly Helmets, screw IF. You re dead.

1.spammitar - past the prime, but most gay weapon ever - you know, there were times when every Grey used it
2.glaive - past the prime too, but some very skilled people abused that fucking skipping frames bullshit
3. couched lance - you wont spawn 10 seconds late, Great Khans never forgotten
4. steal pick - how i hate fighting kinngrim with his 4ps, just phasing through me and kill me in two hits, also Greys loved this weapon too
5. cant see any 2h as gay or polearm other than glaive, maybe awlpike before turn rate nerf

All ranged weapons are gay (exept stones and throwing axes - these are cool) not need to name them.

Well that's bullshit.  :)
Assuming cavalry should only be able to kill you by sneaking up to you...
If you noticed incoming cav and did not dodge/hit him, you noticed it too late or failed. Bumpslash is the feature cav deserves and is totally realistic (if you need to bring this up) in terms of that cavalry should have some "breaking power" given by their horse charge. Otherwise it would feel like cavalry are a bunch of bees flying around and stinging unaware sheeps.

1. Arbalest. The awp of crpg.
2. Ballista. Since they are always aimed at chokepoints, they're just as cheap as spawnrape.
3. Bows. Only because so many use them and kite. Effectively kills the fun in numbers.
4. Horsebump. Takes too little speed and minimal contact to deal the bump.
5. S-key.

Not counting the obvious ranged, I got

1. Iron Staff
2. Long Axe
3. Glaive
4. GLB
5. HBS

It was hard leaving Longsword, katana, Poleaxes, GLA, LWA, HB, LHB and Spears outside of this list but I only have that much space. I don't really have a definite answer about which is the most broken out of all those polearms. Those fast 2h are just fast which makes them strong and gay because people tend to spam with them like annoying morons, but at least they don't break Warband's animations like polearm swings consistently do.

I agree. Length and high damage. Cav need the length, but certainly not the damage, they have plenty from the speedbonus and PS. Not sure about the speed.

They're too skill based in my opinion, they need to buff couch lances to 500000000000000000000 damage so that they kill people easily, the game is far too hard on them.  C:

Fin and Shanks are some of the best anti cav players I've seen in this game. Yet I've never seen regular Kremsie who doesn't cry his eyes out whenever lancer kills him, mostly because rest of you suck giant schlong when it comes to dealing with cav. Why don't you guys ask Fin or Shanks to show you how to defend from and successfully kill lancers?

Oh no, I know how to deal with lancers fine, I just chamber all their hits.
