4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.
Spawned, went left down the path to the pool. With team behind me, although there were a few in front of me. Vebb races down from the pool straight at me on his horse, I watch him lower his lance. I thought he was going to just raise his lance before me, he didnt. He killt me.

5. Why you think the offender did what he did.
I dont know, but he did repeatedly say that he didnt see my banner. Even though there were teammates in front and behind me he couched me. If he shows proof of me not having a banner you can close the thread. I think Vebb did this with malice. Also a couple rounds into the match couched me when we were on opposite teams and he said "rekt" or something derogatory like that, hes obviously a bully.

Considering all of these seemed to be taken at the beginning of the round how is it even possible for this to be an accident. He is on a horse couch lancing people and he always goes right for the enemy team beginning of every round. Now let's say he doesn't go for the enemy; everybody on Eggo's team is most likely still clumped together considering it's only 30 seconds into the round so how the hell do lose a single banner in a sea of friendly banners. I am no detective but this guy is definitely breaking some fucking rules.

Considering you were recently unbanned prior to this event among other bans, banned for 5 days.

PM me with proof that you did not see the banner or the set of events that lead to the tk being accidental for a chance at reducing this ban.
