Win.
I love cyberpunk. Also, you should read more cyberpunk, Berenger.
Hmmm well im playing witcher 2 atm, I was expected it to be greatly refined from witcher 1, but its still really bad game overall. I still like the graphics/setting/story, but the combat is awful spam left click and wait till enemies die. and the ui general mechanics of the game are still shoddy, I had 2 bugs preventing me from completing the tutorial. Yes I had to look up tutorials for the fucking tutorial. not worth my money even on steam sale.Well, you seem to be in a minority in considering their games bad. Although, I do agree. The combat in both games is not good. And this is based on Cyberpunk 2020 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyberpunk_2020)
so CD projecktkct are successful for making 2 bad games both adaptations of a someone elses successful books. they seem like cool guys for being anti drm, but I dont see any reason to be hyped about their next game, especially if its their own IP.

Also, cRPG is left click and wait 'til enemies die aswell.
Oh, hey, that is an old song... Am i the only one who knows it? Love the trailer just for that.

skyrim may not have brilliant combat but its spectacular compared to witcher/dragon age which are basically auto attack rubbish.I guess you played Dragon Age on easy difficulty?
Not too thrilled about the concept or styles shown by the trailer -- futuristic/cyber-punk/counter-culture is pretty cool but the main emphasis on this game is on implants and stuff which is pretty unbelievable IMO (gauges, piercings and tattoos are one thing but getting a whole limb replaced.. noway in hell do I see it evolving into that in the future).
Wats happening so far?
Wats happening so far? They've said they're focusing on TW3 first.

CD Projekt is making this game.
Really love Cyberpunk type of games, movies. (Bladerunner, Equilibrium, Deus Ex series etc..). And they say it's gonna be a completely OPEN-RPG type of game. No gameplay so far but the concept is promising. Plus Witcher 1-2 were good games so i have faith in this.
So, what do you guys think about it? Win or Fail?

I hope this is because they are going to start showing more stuff on the game and are expecting an influx of people on their forums.
"If you're following news related to CD Projekt Red, you might have recently stumbled on information regarding morale here at the studio. We'd normally avoid commenting on company reviews on spaces like Glassdoor, but this around--especially in light of the fact that we haven't communicated anything about Cyberpunk 2077 for a long time and saw some gamers getting worried about the project--we'd like to elaborate on a few things.
First off, we'd like to talk about the departures. In 2015, when we released The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, we were over 200 developers strong and that was the core crew of the studio. Since then, we've almost doubled the headcount and we're still hiring. Do people leave? Sure they do. We always wish them all the best and respect both their decision and the feedback they give us as the reason for their departure. We are continuously working on making Red a good workplace for everyone, but we also have a set of values that constitutes who we are and how we do things.
So, does a departure, even a high profile one, mean that the project is in danger? One would need to be very courageous to base the future of an AAA role-playing game of such scope on one person (or a few people).
Every role-playing game we ever developed seemed impossible to achieve at the moment we set out to create it. It took us five years to finish The Witcher 1, we had to make our own engine to complete The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, and we had to entirely reinvent the way we made games to deliver an open world for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. When we start down the road to creating something, we know the destination and we're sure of one thing: even if something feels impossible, it doesn't mean it is. And, as it turns out, most often things are perfectly possible, they just require a lot of faith, commitment, and spirit.
This approach to making games is not for everyone. It often requires a conscious effort to 'reinvent the wheel'--even if you personally think it already works like a charm. But you know what? We believe reinventing that wheel every friggin' time is what makes a better game. It's what creates innovation and makes it possible for us to say we've worked really hard on something, and we think it's worth your hard-earned cash. If you make games with a 'close enough is good enough' attitude, you end up in a comfort zone, And you know what the magic happens.
Cyberpunk 2077 is progressing as planned, but we are taking our time--in this case, silence is the cost of making a great game.
As always, many thanks for being so engaged in what we do. It shows us it's all worth the hours we put in.
Yours, Marcin Iwinski (co-founder) / Adam Badowski (studio head)"

High hopes for CP.
Let's just hope it's not a cardboard copy of the Division. As if CDPR would make a carbon copy of the Division. Whatever it will be, it won't be that.

When I think Cyberpunk 2077, I hope it is The Expanse (TV) meets Ghost in the Shell, maybe with a grain of L.A. Noire. And alot of Blade Runner.
And alot of Blade Runner.
The old one or the recent one? I watched the old one and was so underwhelmed at the constant symbolism and slow pace. I really dont remember why I liked it when I watched it hundreds of years before.I would say both as I enjoyed both. Would have been cool to have a pre-quel of the old movie following Roy Batty and crew.
The story telling and atmosphere is great though, and paved the way for more dark sci-fi. Best sci-fi.(click to show/hide)

I tried to watch it but that narrator was annoying and overselling hype.
man literally the first time i have ever watched a gameplay demo that long all the way through. so excited
I tried to watch it but that narrator was annoying and overselling hype. What? How the fuck was the narrator "overselling hype"? It was some pretty damn basic, and scarce, narration.

I doubt that any company can top this in this years E3Well id software and Doom was cool too. Too bad my motion sickness makes it hard to play alot of 1st person games.

Microsoft already topped it by having the LGBTQ rainbow flag be the logo of their new console. So progressive!
That Westworld type of game looks decent, the one where two people are in a timeloop trying to kill each other but its just a cinematic trailer.you mean Deathloop?
How about we wait until release and then you will see I am right about this one.
How about we wait until release and then you will see I am right about this one.CP looks great and CDPR has already delivered bigly. You will be wrong about this one Leshmie.
