dear HRE dude,
Please unban my friend Routier_Reaperstein, we where drunk that night and had some fun killing *each other (*bad english).
but there was no harm involved, no offence at all. please unban him, ive killed him too and shot some arrows at him that night.
i swear it was for fun, we understand his ban and we will never do it again..
please let us know for how long his ban takes and i hope its not a permaban!

Since I don´t know about previous bans for Routier_Reaperstein, this might be done tomorrow.
And
The ban is not permanent. We can´t set timed bans so every ban seems to be perma.
