Title: [Small problem] Music scroll doesn't work properly

If you scroll the music sound to 0 (I do it fast) music still keeps playing (but very silently). Even if you try to move it more to the left - nothing changes. You can only move it a bit to the right and to the left again to shut it.

This is a problem in Warband (1.143) as well, isn't it?

Maybe make an option to turn it off entirely? Like in the warband launcher.
